1st day of work

Work I did (Time: 2.5 hrs)-

researched what was comfort letters, even though i already knew what they were since my dad rants about them to me a lot.

Things I did that wasn't work (Time :5 hours)-

Intern Orientation

Pretending to be demure and well-mannered in front of my mentor (who is super intimidating and crazy quiet who breathes down my neck)

Pretending to be reading something very intriguing on my pc screen as my mentor sits one metre away facing me directly

Draw a mindmap of the case(now now wait, that's sorta work isn't it hehe.... hmm)

Bump into interns and make aimless small talk

Start talking to random people i don't know in the library who looked like interns ( and were interns)

Help Brandon(intern from liverpool) with his work

Make tea (twice)

Check facebook and email (twice)

Look into the firm's directory and realise there are definitely more hot lady lawyers then men in A&G

AND of course.... walk past my brother's room a million times and grin evilly cos he had to do real work

UGH lets just hope tomorrow will be more fruitful
