Free Hugs Campaign

Juan Mann decided to make people on the streets of Sydney happy, one hug at a time. The City Council has however told him he needs a 25 million AU dollar license. Hence the "Free Hugs Campaign", a petition asking for support from people for his plea to the Council.

One man, many hugs.
