So- I have finally reached Manchester and moved in.

The 1st day saw the adventure with Cornelius which only really came about due both of us being equally blur. So we lugged our luggage thru the trains and the different towns for a few hours before finally going back. Hmm... perphaps it was an unconscious part on us trying to avoid going back?

After that was the arrival of Scott and Clare, which saw more boxes and aching shoulders. but also our first attempts to cook in the flat. I made a mean Salmon Penne with Hollandaise sauce, which i was quite proud of and Scott made Vegetable Tikka Masala and Clare........ well, did nothing. And our crazy 4 hour ASDA shopping trip where we bought the world and brought it all back in a maxi cab!

But besides that.......I still have no hangers. Which seems to be sold out everywhere. So my room is still a tip, I was given a comic gift from some mates called "Grow a boyfriend" and my goose-feathered pillows and duvet smells very much of the animal. Lets just hope it gets better.
